This paint job isn’t paint at all. All the faded gold bits on this custom Suzuki GN125E tracker, all the flat black and the green, is actually ceramic. The exact product is Cerakote and was applied by Precision Cerakote in Anchorage, Alaska. Precision Cerakote usually tackles gun parts, due to the demand for a quality corrosion resistant coating for the Alaska backcountry, but owner Phil Lincoln also tackles tools, bike frames and other hard parts. Even hard plastic can get a coat of Cerakote Ceramic. Pretty cool!
